Harvesting Strong Returns In A Sustainable Environment

Agriculture is central to fostering economic growth, reducing poverty, and improving food security in Africa. More than 70 % of the rural population depends on agriculture for their livelihoods, and regional economic growth has been constrained by poor performance in the agriculture sector. The Food Security crises in Africa can be overcome by means of increasing agricultural productivity through sustainable agricultural practices.
